1) 7-day unreasonable refund/return policy

Q: How long for the time limit for order returns/refunds?
A: Within 7 days from the order after purchased.

Q: Under what circumstances, consumers can returns/refunds the goods without reason within 7 days after purchased?
A:
1. Product quality issues
2. Product non quality issues: The product and its packaging remain original when sold by KH MALL and the accessories and gift are complete, which not effect resales matters.
3. If you purchase luxury goods, return it in the original packaging of the purchased goods (put the goods in the original delivery box), and put the goods together with anti-counterfeiting buckles (not to be cut), all related accessories, instructions, labels, and gifts ( Send back together with the paper invoice (if any)

Q: Which products do not support 7-day return without reason?
A: All products sold in the KH MALL support 7 days no reason to return, except for the following categories:
1. Commodities with a large depreciation of value after activation or trial: including mobile phones, computers, tablet digital products that generate authorization or activation information
2. Virtual goods (such as electronic KH MALL cards)
3. Consumer customized products
4. Some beauty products (such as makeup/personal care/skin care)

Q: What are the circumstances that will not be returned?
A:
1. Any product not sold by KH MALL (the serial number does not match);
2. Commodities that have exceeded the warranty period;
3. Product quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid ingress, accident, modification, incorrect installation, or tearing up or altering labels, machine serial numbers, anti-counterfeiting marks;
4. Unable to provide the invoice of the product (if the invoice has been requested), the warranty card does not match the product and has been altered
5. Part of the goods in the gift pack or set cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: Who will bear the return shipping cost?
A:
1. KH MALL shall bear the return shipping fee for goods returned due to quality problems;
2. If you return goods due to your personal reasons, such as self-delivered returns, the freight will be borne by you.


2) Rules for returns of beauty products

1. Terms & Conditions of returns

1.1 Product quality problems: return the goods within 7 days from the day after receipt
1.2 Non-quality issues: The packaging of the product and the product itself remain original at the time of sale by KH MALL, and the accessories and gifts are complete, which will not affect the resales. The product can be returned within 7 days from the day after the receipt.

2. Precautions

2.1 For safety and hygiene considerations, used cosmetics will not be returned, unless the product has inherent quality problems tested by the authority.
2.2 If the product packaging is damaged, the product is expired or less than 2 months before the expiration date, you can apply for a return.
2.3 If the product sales page clearly indicates that the product shelf life is about to expire, the packaging is damaged, or the product is defective, you can no longer request a return for this reason.
2.4 The return of goods due to allergies requires relevant certificates from the hospital.

3. If you purchase KH MALL luxury goods, return them in the original packaging of the purchased goods (put the goods in the original delivery box), and put the goods together with anti-counterfeiting buckles (not to be cut), all relevant accessories, manuals, labels, gifts (such as Yes) and the paper invoice (if any)

Reminder: The effect of using cosmetics will vary depending on the skin type, age, season, climate, method of use, and supporting products.

For example, skin allergies may be related to diet, daily routine and emotions. Therefore, the introduction, the functions and effects are for reference only.

3) Home textile products return rules

1. Terms & Conditions of returns

1.1 Product quality problems: return the goods within 7 days from the day after receipt
1.2 Non-quality issues: The packaging of the product and the product itself remain original at the time of sale by KH MALL, and the accessories and gifts are complete, which will not affect the resales. The product can be returned within 7 days from the day after the receipt.

2. Precautions

2.1 If the product is damaged due to personal reasons (such as modifying the size and washing by yourself), it will not be returned;
2.2 If the product tag, product accessories, manual, warranty and label are lost or the packaging is damaged, the product will not be returned.

4) Refunds

Buyer will only be refunded after KimHoo has received the confirmation from Seller that Seller has received the returned Item. In the event where KimHoo does not hear from Seller within a specified time, KimHoo will be at liberty to refund the applicable sum to Buyer without further notice to Seller. The refund will be made to Buyer’s credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable.
